School Programs Group Visit Request Form

The Czech Center Museum Houston offers guided visits Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 10:30 am and 11:30 am. Guided visits last 50 minutes, unless otherwise stated, and can accommodate up to 30 students per hour. Larger groups cannot be accommodated. The desired date must be at least three weeks from the date this form is submitted.

School group visits are $8 per student, including on Thursdays. Required chaperones and teachers accompanying the group are free. Additional adults pay the general admission price of $10.

Three weeks' notice is required to schedule a group visit or guided tour. This request form acts as a request only. Please allow up to 7 days for your request to be processed. If you have any questions, please email czech@czecbcenter.org.
