Craft Booth/Vendor Application

Location: Czech Center Museum Houston, 4920 San Jacinto St., Houston, Texas, 77004

Date: Saturday, December 14, 2024

Time: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Set up: You may arrive after 9:00 AM to set up your booth. You may unload your items near the west door and promptly park your vehicle in the parking lot off Rosedale St. Please be set up by 11:30 AM. Doors open at 12 noon.

Booth Size and Fee: An indoor booth space is approximately 8’ x 8’. You will be provided one 6’ table and two chairs. You are responsible for providing your own table covering. The booth fee is $50.00. You may bring your own additional tables, not to exceed the 8’ x 8’ area.

Please note that there are few electricity outlets available for indoor booth spaces!
